Our Terms

1. DEFINITIONS

  1. "Company" refers to Crystal Tours Ireland.
  2. "Client" refers to the person or entity booking services with the Company.
  3. "Services" refers to any tours, transportation, or related activities provided by the Company.

2. BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION

  1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.
  2. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as specified at the time of booking.
  3. Credit card details may be required to secure certain reservations.
  4. Rates and availability are subject to change until deposited and confirmed.
  5. The names of all participants on a booking can be changed at any time prior to departure.
  6. Please note all rates and availability quoted are subject to change without notice until deposited and confirmed.

3. PAYMENT

  1. Payment terms will be outlined upon booking confirmation.
  2. For standard tours, 50% plus balance is due 30 days before the tour start date.
  3. The Company accepts payment via [specify accepted payment methods].
  4. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in cancellation of services.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@crystaltours.ie
  2. Refunds are subject to the following schedule:
    • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus 50% deposit
  3. The Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.
  4. Rebooking for future dates is subject to availability.

5. ITINERARY CHANGES

  1. The Company reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances.
  2. Every effort will be made to provide suitable alternatives or compensation where necessary.
  3. Clients can change the date of transport-only tours up to 28 days before departure without charge (this does not apply to green fees).

6. LIABILITY

  1. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense caused by events beyond reasonable control.
  2. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
  3. The Company's liability is limited to the cost of the tour booked.

7. INSURANCE

  1. Travel insurance is not included in the tour price.
  2. Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance.
  3. The Company's vehicles and employees are fully insured, including Employers and Public Liability Insurance.

8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Clients must inform the Company of any medical conditions requiring attention before the tour commences.
  2. Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including visas and passports.
  3. Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

9. CONDUCT AND BEHAVIOUR

  1. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any person whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
  2. Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards the driver, staff, and other passengers at all times.

10. VEHICLE AND PROPERTY

  1. Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle or property during the tour.
  2. Smoking and consumption of alcoholic beverages are not permitted inside the vehicle.
  3. Child seats must be requested at the time of booking and fitted by the parent/carer.
  4. Guide dogs are allowed but must be declared at the time of reservation.

11. ROUTE AND TIMING

  1. The route taken is at the driver's discretion.
  2. The Company does not accept responsibility for delays, missed appointments, or travel arrangements.
  3. Clients should allow ample time for their journey.

12. DATA PROTECTION

  1. The Company complies with applicable data protection laws.
  2. Personal data will be used only for providing the booked service and necessary business operations.
  3. Clients may request access to their personal data held by the Company.

13. COMPLAINTS

  1. Any complaints should be communicated to the Company promptly at [specify contact details].
  2. The Company will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

  1. The Company is not liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God, war, civil strife, labour unrest, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Company.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  1. Any content created during tours (photos, videos) may be used by the Company for promotional purposes unless the client expressly objects.

16. SPECIAL NEEDS

  1. Clients with special needs should inform the Company at the time of booking to ensure appropriate accommodations can be made.

17. PRICING

  1. All prices are subject to change without notice, but price changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

18. GRATUITIES

  1. Gratuities are not included in the tour price and are at the client's discretion.

19. GOVERNING LAW

  1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
  2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

20. CHANGES TO TERMS

  1. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
  2. Clients will be informed of any significant changes.

21. SEVERABILITY

  1. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall be enforced as fully as possible and the unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the limited extent required to permit its enforcement in a manner most closely representing the intentions as expressed herein.

22. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

  1. By booking services with the Company, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
